The EUIPO trademark registration process
The EUIPO trademark registration process is straightforward but requires careful preparation. We selected the classes that reflect the services we deliver today and the areas we plan to grow into tomorrow. Using the harmonized database made this step easier, but strategy was key.
We also applied for the SME Fund voucher, a European Commission initiative that supports small and medium-sized businesses with intellectual property costs. This helped offset the fees and made the process more accessible, a practical option we recommend to other companies investing in their future.
